Coaching that cuts through the noise.

I work with leaders and teams who are navigating complexity, managing change, or trying to figure out how to work better together. We focus on the challenges you're actually dealing with, including the real, messy stuff that matters.

How I Work

I approach coaching with curiosity and a focus on what actually works. My background in organizational sociology means I see patterns and context—not just the immediate problem you're dealing with, but the system it's happening in. I've spent 15+ years developing career-connected learning that builds the durable skills people actually need for long-term success, so I know what works and what's just noise.

Strengths-based, thoughtful, with a sense of humor about how messy real leadership is. I love asking the question that makes you pause and think, "Oh. That's what's actually going on here."

Areas of Focus

Leadership Development

Building the capabilities that make leaders effective—self-awareness, strategic thinking, influencing without authority, executive presence.

Strategic Problem-Solving

Breaking down complex challenges into workable parts. Thinking beyond the immediate fix to long-term implications. Making decisions when you don't have all the information and the path forward isn't obvious.

Change Management

Navigating transitions such as organizational changes, new roles, shifting priorities. Managing your own response and helping your team do the same.

Adaptive Leadership

Leading through ambiguity and change. Making sense of complex situations, staying grounded when things shift, and bringing others along.

Team Effectiveness

Building trust, clarifying roles, improving communication, addressing dysfunction. Getting everyone rowing in the same direction.

Feedback & Difficult Conversations

Getting comfortable with the conversations that matter. Giving feedback that lands, receiving it without defensiveness, addressing conflict directly.

Who We Work With

  • Executives and senior leaders navigating complex organizational challenges, managing teams through change, or developing their leadership approach.

  • Mid-level leaders and managers building influence, managing up and down, or transitioning into broader leadership roles.

  • Teams working through dysfunction, building trust, improving collaboration, or clarifying how they work together.

  • Creative and technical professionals bridging the gap between specialized expertise and broader organizational leadership.

Working with Early-Career Professionals

I also work with early-career professionals navigating their first years in the workplace and building the human skills that make careers sustainable, such as communication, professional presence, managing relationships, thinking strategically about career development. This work draws on my background in career-connected learning and organizational sociology.
